Older Metamorphose Venetian Frill bustle skirt with partial shirring in the back. The waist ties are knotted over a buckle of sorts. The buckle is the only part of the skirt that shows signs of age. It is also missing the detachable bow, which is shown in the lolibrary link. It's otherwise in very good condition. The waist can stretch from 31-35cm flat. The length is 56cm.
