(2006) Baby the Stars Shine Bright - Shirring Princess JSK
I bought this second hand and wore it once. I received it without the waist ties and a small stain on the back that I have not been able to remove completely. For an almost 20 year old dress, it's still in pretty good shape. The elastic straps are in good shape, I have kept it stored folded in my dresser so as not to damage the elastic. It could use a good iron or steaming.
