In very good condition! I could not find any flaws. However please note because the age of this dress there might be flaws that may have gone unnoticed. There is some wear in the fabric that is typical of velveteen as it ages. The bust measures flat about 39cm, however there is partial shirring in the back so there is room for a couple more cm.
The under bust measures roughly 38cm. This is an incredibly gorgeous, older velveteen that is difficult to find (especially with the bib).
