I always wanted one of those puff-sleeve blouses with the ribbons (like the ones Meta used to make) so I was really happy to be able to get this one, but unfortunately I wasn't 100% happy with the fit on me..
There is a sense of use, there are some visible threads and the lace is a bit floppy (maybe you could iron/starch it? I don't personally do those things though so I'm not sure). There may also be some slight fading, the color seems pretty even overall in normal lighting, but it's not as dark of a black as some other things I own.
*Edit: it seems like there is some specific fading on the side of the right sleeve (image 6)
There's a spare button attached to the care tag.
I'm not sure when it's from exactly but the blocky AP tag and the care tag make me think 2003 at the latest.
