Beautiful oldschool OP from 2001 by meta
polka dot print with shirring front and a big collar, has black cross lace.
selling as it didn’t fit me, bought second hand and tried on once by me.
only flaws are a button top missing on the sleeve and a tiny rip where the waist tie button was coming off that I sewed up, you can’t see it from the outside.
