Set of dramatic off brand wrist cuffs. wrists are elastic so they should fit a decent range of wrist sizes. I'm not sure how far they can stretch comfortably. My wrists are 16cm and I even wore them on my forearms which are 20cm with no discomfort whatsoever.
Would go well with Hime or other similar style OTT coords--bought for use with gothic coords and only tried on a few times while trying to make them work with designs but they weren't heavy/vintage looking enough for me! they're very light and airy, so I think they would go well with a sweet or very high-princess OTT look.
