Two basic stiff organza petticoats. Low poof, great for casual/everyday wear. The black petticoat has a bit more poof than the white one for reasons I haven’t figured out.
Waist Measurements: roughly 33-40 inches, but I wouldn’t go above 40
Hip: Fit me at a 45 inch hip, as both petticoats have a polyester lining. This lining has little to no give, so I wouldn’t go above 45inches unless you’re willing to remove the lining.
