New with tags from IW oddment lucky pack - long version in pink

This is the 19-th CEntury France OP new with tags dress from the Innocent World oddment lucky pack - long version

The color is called pink, but it is very muted, see photos for details

The jabot is detachable.

I tried it on and it fit very comfortably with a bust of 34" and a waist of 27"

I could not find the flaw or reason for it being included in the oddment lucky pack.
