this is an Emily Temple 160 skirt from 1995 (see the lolibary listing for the 120 shirley temple skirt of the same fabric). Unfortunately the previous seller didn't notice the damage on this skirt: it has stain. It's not very noticeable but the skirt is priced accordingly. Other than that it's in great shape for it's age. This skirt even has a pocket! Great for proto looks. 

I can fit up to a 30inch 76cm waist but not comfortably. I'd say for comfort wise it would best fit a 74cm waist max.
