*Very Plus-Size friendly*

I bought this petticoat and while very lovely, it's too big on me. I would suggest not buying this unless you are 120 cm where you want this to sit. Waistband can stretch to about 145 cm. It looks more A-Line when it sits under the bust and more cupcakey when sitting at the hips on me as I have some noticable hips. 

I have put $20 as shipping as this thing is HUGE and will need a certain size for shipping parcel. If it is more thank $20 for standard delivery, I will eat the cost, but if it comes out less than that I will refund you for the difference.
