This Taobao dress is quite pretty, especially in person. The original owner wore it twice but is having me sell it due to closet cleaning reasons.
Chiffon upper layer is decorated with stars and constellations as well as zodiac symbols. The ribbon like straps are layered/reinforced and they match the ribbons stitched to the waist. The under-layer is completely black which doesn't hinder the white and blue-black print on top of it.
