Worn just a handful of times! No flaws that I can find, though the bows have become a little wonky. I'm not sure the best way to get them back to their proper shape, I tried pulling them back into shape after washing, but it didn't entirely work.

Length - 46cm
Waist - 55-95cm

While the max waist is officially 95cm, I could pull it over (and sit it on, if I wanted) my 116cm hips, with some room to spare. This greatly impacts it's poof potential though, so I only recommend buying this as a casual, non-lolita skirt if you're over 100cm waist. I have 95cm waist and it fit perfectly, however I'm not sure how much petticoat I would've been able to fit (I never tried as I am just too tall for this skirt, even casually) 
I recommend this for shorter people! It comes to about mid thigh on me at 5'9"
