This is Fragonard's "The Swing" by Baroquepetrock. She did standard Japanese 11 sizing which is the "one size" non-shirred measurements brands use; however she also did custom sizing and each skirt was made to order. You'll have to record the measurements in the listing because it could be any size. The material is cotton sateen and printed from Spoon Flower. Thanks very much! I'd like to add that the waist is 24 in minimum with a 30 inch max, it's quite roomy/generous.

If you're a 24 inch min waist, it'll hang more on your hips than at your waist.
