I absolutely love this petticoat! It does not collapse on its own after you adjust the rings for desired shape/poofiness. Been using it for a few months now~ works great! ^^

This petticoat is perfect, aside from the point that my post office didn't notify me that my package has arrived(a week ago), this petticoat looked a bit short at first. However after some adjustments to my desired shape it was a perfect fit. I do recommend some proper bloomers underneath this to avoid any flashing if you happened to bend forward or walk on stairs, in public.
