Slightly disappointed that there was no note about faint stains on the dress collar, but the item came well packaged. Seller response within 24 hours, shipped in 3 days. USPS was slow to deliver.

Communication was a bit slow compared to other transactions I made. Unfortunately she forgot to send the hair barette but it arrived later in an extra envelope. Shipping costs were fair and the item is as described. Overall I would recommend her for further sales.

Wig arrived tangled in the back, the seller's pictures looked like the wig had been brushed out, so this was just a little surprising. It brushed out fine, it was just a little odd that it came tangled as other used wigs that I've bought have all been brushed out before they were sent out and had minimum tangling when they arrived.
Aside from that the seller was great-sent the invoice right away and shipped out fast! The wig arrived fast, it was wrapped in a wig mesh to keep it from getting tangling in shipping and it was inside a plastic wig bag. So aside from the tangles it was absolutely perfect and I would recommend this seller!
