Seller shipped the item very quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. The wig arrived in fantastic condition. There is a piece near the back that needs to be re-curled slightly but that is to be expected sometimes. No weird smells, definitely not frizzy, and there were no tangles. Would buy from again. :)
