Unfortunately I wasn't able to receive the dress as the post office lost it in transit. When I reached out to the seller about this she immediately refunded me the full amount and apologized for what happened. I couldn't ask for a more understanding and kind seller. I would highly recommend buying from her!
Unfortunately I can't speak for how the item was described or the packaging, but for her customer service alone I would not hesitate to buy from her again!

Shipped really fast and arrived as described ! I wish I had the option to choose a box to ship with because I don't feel safe with my dress in an poly mailer as my mailman can be rough with my packages. I was also a bit surprised to see my dress in a ziplock bag, but overall a smooth and quick transaction ! ^^ Good communication as well :)
