Seeruh shipped this item immediately and sent me the tracking number. Overall communication was prompt and polite. The bag was in pristine condition - exactly as described in the listing. She mentioned there was a wrinkle but it is so faint I can barely notice it. Thank you very much for a great transaction!

Seller had been great with communication up until I asked for a tracking number, as she never provided one. I never got a message from her after that, not even to ask if the dress arrived. The dress was obviously stored with the waist ties tied (it also arrived that way), because they are horribly creased from it. They should be able to be ironed out (I hope), but its almost bad enough to be considered damaged. Overall, my experience was positive and I would deal with her again in the future.
