Working with this seller was very pleasant! She was always helpful and quick to respond. The item arrived in perfect condition and just as described. At first I couldn't get the tracking number to work from my end but she efficiently helped me and said that if I still couldn't get it to work she was willing to check from her end and update me along the way, which fortunately wasn't even necessary! When the package arrived half of the box was rather wet (good ol' USPS) to the point that the cardboard was almost crumbling in some spots when I went to open it. However, she had wrapped the garments in a large, sturdy plastic bag so that the item itself was fortunately completely unharmed! I am very happy with my purchase and would happily buy from pastelchan again.
