They communicated when they sent the package a day late (which was fine because of a holiday) and the petticoat arrived in great condition and packaged well.

Everything went great expect for one thing. The skirt was not in "like new" condition like stated in the listing. The velvet parts had some signs of use, and the waist ties were wrinkly and there was one small piling spot on the fabric. Also the hook that is used to close the skirt was moved from the original place to make the waist measurement bigger. It’s good to always state carefully each flaw, even little ones so the buyer doesn’t expect it to be like new. I’d say it’s in good condition still, but state each little flaw to make sure buyer's expectations are met. The seller didn't reply to a message I sent about this issue so I was a bit disappointed as everything else had gone so great.
