I honestly have to leave a neutral review here. My items arrived fine, they were brand new and unused, as expected. But the communication this time around was rather poor. I have purchased from this seller before and had no issues at all the first time, but this time, despite paying immediately, I did not hear back from her until a full week later. I was not in a rush for the items, if she had simply said, "I will ship them out in a week", I would have been fine. But I think no communication at all for a week is not ideal. I think it's the bare minimum to just let me know when it will be shipped. Like I said, I was not in a rush for it, but paying for something and hearing not even a "I'm busy, but I can ship out next week" personally was disappointing. I would still purchase from this seller again, hopefully the communication next time will be better.
