Happy to have recieved my bag with a cute note from a polite and pleasant seller, with speedy shipping at a reasonably price, but seller communication was sometimes slow - a day or two is understandable with a busy job as she stated in her description but three to four days between replies is a lot. The item was described in "like new" condition despite having two patches on the top of the bag near the zipper where the pleather had worn away and similar damage on the inside of one fo the handles. They're only small but a bag with those defects is "Used - Good" not "Like New" and the scuffs should have been shown in the seller's photos. I'm still happy with my purchase but I'm giving four stars out of five for "Item as described" and "Communication" for this reason. Seller also tried to make me pay extra in fees even though this is against Lacemarket's terms of service, but when I messaged her about it she told me it was an honest mistake because she also sells on other platforms. Dispatch time is also a four because she only ships on weekends, but I knew about this in advance because it was in her description so I didn't have a problem with it.
