The seller was asked in the comments of the item about shipping quotes to my area by another user but after several weeks did not respond. I bid hoping for a reply within the few weeks, but I only heard the shipping quote after the auction ended which is a little annoying as a buyer since the cost of shipping was so high. Seller was understanding but I feel they should have been more upfront about the shipping cost, especially since they had a couple weeks to have given a quote and the shipping quote was $60 CAD on a blouse that cost $15 CAD.
