The seller was communicative and everything had arrived as described.
However, despite having confirming my address and city with the seller ended up sending it to the wrong city due to the automated system filling in a different one. I ended up contacting the home owner because the post office was of not much help (not due to the seller) and we worked out a way for them to ship it to me. If not for being able to contact them, the mistake could have caused the dress to be permanently lost and due to having to pay shipping twice, I'm ultimately leaving neutral feedback and reducing the stars for postage and packing charges.

Seller was great and did the best they can. Shipping wasn't too delayed which is good. Everything seemed to be in its original packaging which is beautiful!
Took a star off communication cause they sent me the invoice first instead of messaging me after I won the dress. I have a different email for Paypal so I might not see it right away. And its always nice for a thank you and a heads up. They did thank me after I paid though.

Seller made mistake in address so I have extra cost for taxi and I must leave day at work to catch package before post office send it back. Seller forget to put building and apartment number. Also dress is not exactly as described. It's definitely not like new condition. I can say it's very good condition with small feeling of use. Item's was packed safe in a box and charging for shipping it's almost reasonable. Package was ship fast and dress was clean. I bought also bag from this seller, but I leave perfect feedback for it because everything was exactly as described.
