Buyer won the item and I offered to sell her the headbow and socks as well. They agreed and I shipped the package this week after inspecting the dress thoroughly.
[EDIT BY MODERATOR: When the dress was received by the buyer, the buyer claimed there was a large undisclosed stain on the back of the dress. The issue has since been escalated to a Paypal claim that is still pending.]
I offered a full refund if they ship the item back and escalated to PayPal for them to handle it as I always follow PayPal TOS. [REDACTED BY MODERATOR] I'll provide a full refund if the items are shipped back to me.
