Bought some shoes from her that had damages before they were sent out. It is clear it was damaged before it was sent out if you look at the listing photo carefully but it was never stated so I didn't know. Said she didn't check them thoroughly so she might've missed it. Instead of saying "sorry I didn't look at them carefully, here's some money back" she made me file a claim through USPS first. I had asked if she lied about the shoes being perfect (because the damage is so obvious that how can she miss them) and that it would've been ok if she did and I just wanted to be fair on both parties. She starts going off on me being extremely rude saying things like "good lord" and "what's your deal" when I was NOT EVEN ARGUING WITH HER and she's the one who kept sending message after message. "It's not even noticeable" she says. I don't even care about the damage itself, just the way the seller handled the situation is rude. Regardless of what she has to say about me on my feedback, I paid quickly and was nothing but nice as a buyer. I was just curious about where the damage came from so I asked. In the end, USPS never got back to me and she refunded me some money.

It came nicely bubble wrapped, and even in an enchanted enchantilly bag with a cute sticker inside! The seller was very nice, and also helped with my paypal adress setting confusion. It got to me in about a week and a half.
