Buyer was patient with shipping and paid promptly. They complained of a smell, but the dress was NWT and had been stored away in plastic wrap with other dresses (none of the other buyers who bought from me around the same time this one had complained about a smell), so I offered the buyer a full refund, and they refused, then proceeded to leave me negative feedback.
