The dress is in great condition and was transported very well! Dress was neatly folded into a ziplock bag and shipped with USPS. Seller was very open about shipping times and kept me very well updated. Thank you for keeping in such good contact with me and making my first purchase pleasant! Warning to anyone reading this: the wood smoke smell mentioned in ToS is very strong but the seller is awesome and even put in a dryer sheet while packing (thank you so much for this). The photos did not do the beauty of this hat justice (although they accurately represented its colors, and it's a perfect match for the dress I bought it for!); it's gorgeous beyond words, and so was doing business with this seller! Communication was regular, including when a bout of inclement weather had the potential to delay shipping, and the hat was packaged expertly, which is no small feat given its amount of detail and decoration. A fantastic seller! Worked out a payment plans for two dresses she was selling at the same time. Before the dresses were even shipped the seller also made me aware of the fact a seam on the waist had become loose and that the dress also needed to be dry cleaned and already offered to do a partial refund so I can fix it when it got to me. Just really such a great gesture and I appreciated it so much. 5000/5 stars~! I hope I can buy from them again!
