USPS lost the package at one point, but I was kept up to date and found out when it was recovered as soon as they did! Despite all this, the item arrived safely and included a few jewelry items as well. I love it!

Seller was prompt with replies , friendly and warm. The dress was in great condition & packed safely and very well. She included a bunch of extra gifts which were absolutely beautiful and I think I stood there for a whole minute just going "oh my gosh" cause I was so shocked .
