Had an ultimately really positive experience with this seller. The dress arrived with some strange unexpected stains that weren't pictured. Buyer offered to cover the cost of having the dress dry cleaned which fixed it right up. Also included very nice accessories as a bonus. I would definitely recommend this seller, I know she will go above and beyond to remedy any problem you might encounter

There were some issues with the package in the beginning thanks to USPS losing it somewhere in New York despite the fact that it was going from Vermont to California, so that caused a bit of complication, however the seller helped resolve the issue as soon as possible. USPS found the package, and it arrived undamaged and well-packaged. The dress is beautiful, and I would buy from this seller again!

USPS lost the package at one point, but I was kept up to date and found out when it was recovered as soon as they did! Despite all this, the item arrived safely and included a few jewelry items as well. I love it!
