Purchased a Jsk listed as NWT but arrived with slight damages. The chiffon fabric was stressed leaving little white lines along the zipper and all around button holes for the shoulder straps. The lace along the chest show signs of wear as the ends are starting to unravel. I was also charged $12 for a $6.80 flat rate priority shipping bubble mailer.
Seller did communicate with me to negotiate a partial refund.
