Absolutely horrible transaction. I messaged the seller in the beginning of November asking if she would accept a payment plan for this item, and she messaged me back right away and agreed. We set the term for a very short (3weeks) payment plan in 3 sections. The first two payments went fine, she sent invoices as agreed and I paid them. When it came time to make the final payment, however, the seller completely ghosted. She did not respond to lacemarket messages (they are still marked unread at the time of writing this), emails, or Facebook messages. After over two weeks of being unable to contact her, I messaged the lacemarket mods, who advised me to file a PayPal dispute. I did so, and she did not respond to the dispute, so I escalated it to a claim. She did not respond to the claim either, and PayPal eventually decided in my favor and returned the money, two months after the transaction began. While I'm glad I got my money back, I'm extremely disappointed that I didn't get a dream dress that I was more than willing to pay for, due to the seller's irresponsibility.
