She had great communication up until I paid my invoice. Then I never heard from her about when the item would be shipped although she was reading my messages. I was informed the blouse was wrinkled and had slight yellowing inside of the collar and I still agreed to purchase. But when it arrived it was in sloppy packaging and the item smelt of mildew like it had been washed improperly and smells just absolutely awful. Item was received quickly and at a reasonable shipping cost.
