I bought a dress from diamondbarbie, and everything went good. However once I received the dress, there were some stains on the front of the hem. I washed the dress and got some of them out but few still remained (quite unnoticeable from distance though, but can be seen with closer inspection). I messaged her about this and she was really understanding and apologized about the situation and her not noticing them before shipping out. We agreed on a small refund which I am pleased with and overall I am pleased with the sales experience and would gladly buy from her again in the future! Thank you. :)
