The shirt was listed as new without tags but it arrived missing the waist ties, and with stains on the collar, as well as big dark stains under the armpits, which are white on the inside. The seller was however very responsive and has refunded me.

The dress arrived with heavier stains than described, and there were also several smaller stains that the seller failed to disclose. I suspect she did not even wash the dress before sending it out. However, the seller readily agreed to refund most of my money, as compensation for this huge quality disparity.
