I received these socks in good condition and as pictured, but getting them was much more of a headache than I would have liked. The seller accidentally sent me a pink cutsew instead, and I had to trade with the person who received my socks. Cream was kind enough to refund me the cost of having to make that exchange, but having to do so caused it to take almost 2 weeks to receive the item. I'd strongly recommend this seller work on becoming more organized so mistakes like this don't happen in future.
