The "navy" skirt was green, seller used a navy photo and instead sold me a GREEN skirt and kc. She did not mention anywhere in the item description that the item is green, but used a proof photo under the shade so it is hard to tell that the item is green rather than blue. Also the skirt had obvious marks on it, and when I asked for the condition repeatedly, seller replied with "good" condition. This is my first time experiencing a misinformation scam and I would like to request a refund.

Item was described as 'like new' but there was a small tear above the zip on the side and the white round the collar had a yellow tint, I'm not sure if that is because of difference in stock image colour and the real life colour though. Everything else was good!
