I am so sad, I didn't check the color of the item with the seller. It's violet, not pink as I had thought from the photos. I will be reselling this (it's super cute and I know someone with this colorway) but the seller is lovely and they keep their things very nice.

There was a shipping delay, but the seller explained it had to do with preparing adequate shipping. The btssb heart bag arrived in pristine condition. It was even wrapped and tied with a bow! AND included a complimentary hair accessory and handwritten note. Nice touch! I would order from Berriecute again!

Item was exactly as described and packaged wonderfully! Seller took great care to make sure the item was safe to ship.
Communication was spotty and the seller took very long times to get back to me. She also failed to inform me about tracking issues relevant to Australian Post. As a business, a customer should be told how the tracking will work (if it's different) as soon as it is shipped, or beforehand. For next time I would also recommend typing out the tracking code instead of just sending an image, it will look more professional.
