Communication was good. However the item was described as excellent condition with tags, and when it arrived it was largely in good condition, but it smelled heavily of mildew. Fortunately it was packaged well, but that makes me think that water didn't get in during transport. I think the velveteen is ok thankfully, but I will be taking it to get dry cleaned. A gift included for my first time purchasing as promised. I'm unsure of if I will purchase from this seller again. Regardless, thank you.
