I am satisfied with the seller and item. Very fast and kind communication. The dress is as described and arrived quickly at my place after I made the payment. There was some cat hair left on the dress but it could be removed easily with a lint brush (therefore 4/5).

Great Seller! Very quick and smooth communication. I had a hard week and was not able to answer to her Messages as soon as I normally do and make the Payment on the same Day, but it was no Problem for her. She dispatched the Dress extreme fast (within 1 Hour after I made the Payment).
We had a little Problem with the Dress (that's why I can give only 4 of 5 Stars for the Item Description), but we found a fair solution for both sides, so I'm happy to give her a positiv Feedback!

A very unhappy transaction. Buyer required a payment plan after I sent the invoice. I checked the dress very carefully before sending yet she still found some "unwashable" flaw about the dress and asked for 20% refund. I tried to help her to solve the problem about asking the condition of package when arrived or suggested her to ask for professional treatment (at my cost), but she didn't answer me any question or respond me anything but only saying "the dress loss its value". As a result I agreed for return and fully refund after but without reading all my messages, she filled a claim on PayPal still for 20% refund. However, PayPal made their decision that the merchandise should be returned.
Communication is HORRIBLE. I am very sorry about you found out the condition doesn't match your expectation, but as the seller, the transaction should be fair to me, too. It is really not fair that you name the price after we are done the deal. And just because we can't agree on the refund amount, you denied all the helps I offered. Please be mature, and at least read ALL the messages.
