The item arrived as described. I am really happy about the item, dispatch time and packaging charges. Rose was nice and polite, but I was just not happy about the communication. I got told wrong information, so I couldn't track my parcel. So I thought I got scammed. I wouldn't buy from her again, its not worth the stress.

Initially, communication was good. The seller promised to ship within a week, and give me my tracking #. In reality, the package wasn't shipped until an entire month after that week. I received no communication during this time. The seller's claimed reasons were that she was not at home and did not have a reliable internet connection, and also that she left a friend in charge of shipping it and there had been extra complications. From my point of view this is still pretty irresponsible on her part, because if she had known she was going to be travelling and that there may be a delay, she could have at least let me know this at the time of purchase. I have a hard time believing there was no way for her to contact me for a month, but again if there was any uncertainty, she could have given her friend access to her LM in order to contact me in her stead. The package arrived two months later. The wig itself is as described. However, I wouldn't do business again with this seller unless I was willing to wait upwards of 3 months.
