Not a big deal, considering my past experience with this buyer and knowing that she often requests holds. Seller was very sweet and helpful. She allowed me to hold the dress for a few days until I got paid. Which I really appreciated. She let me know when she was shipping and any delays in the process. Great communication! When the dress arrived there was an issue with it but she paid me back for the dry cleaning. I really appreciate her taking responsibility and being so calm and nice about all of it! Even though there were hiccups along the way I definitely felt like she cared and wanted to make sure everything was right. Thank you so much!!! <3 <3 <3
