Seller was polite and helpful. However, the seller was hard to contact after payment. When the tracking number wasn't sent on the expected date, I checked and saw that she hadn't read the last message that I sent to her via Lace Market, after paying the invoice. This worried me, so I ended up emailing her paypal address. Her response to the email was relatively quick -- she responded the next day. The seller was apologetic and mailed the tights on the same day that she responded to the email. Ultimately, the tights were mailed 3 days later than originally promised. I can understand that Lace Market's messaging system isn't ideal (it doesn't always notify you of new messages) but I would have liked to have been updated when there was a delay. Luckily, I had some buffer time before the tights needed to arrive. They arrived in good condition, though the original packaging was somewhat ripped. Overall, though there were some hiccups, I am satisfied with the sale.
