The dress is beautiful and I’m happy to have it, but there’s a few issues during this process that I’m not happy with.
First off, there is some minor damages to the front of the dress that was not noted from the pin being inside the fabric. Luckily when the bow is in the front, it’s not noticeable, but I wish I knew in the beginning.
The communication wasn’t always there and I kept getting the feeling maybe this person didn’t want to deal with me sometimes.
I understand things happen, but it did take a little while for the dress to even get shipped out, minus a usps issue that wasn’t the sellers fault. The delayed communication made me a bit nervous at times because of this.
The packaging was very disappointing. A box arrived with tape falling off and the dress was literally balled up and tossed inside. The zipper wasn’t even pulled up. The kc and an extra bow without a pin or hair clips was rolled into the dress. It just gave a sense that the seller didn’t care and just tossed it in there to get rid of it. I wasn’t expecting much, maybe just a small protective layer between the dress and the shipping box, especially given at how the box was opening up when it arrived.
Again, happy to have this dress, but the circumstances involving it left me feeling disappointed with how it was handled during the process.
