Item came in very well, but seller never answered mt messages. I understand currently it is hard to go out but I having communication is incredibly important. I knew from their terms of sale and profile that their schedule is different and it would take longer to ship but I had no other timeline or information beyond that... Not sure if i will purchase from them again unless ToS updates with more info.

I received the brooch with a quaint note and extras, like what I think was an amusing sticker. I was in no hurry, but I was glad for the item to arrive today.

Item was as described and in good condition- no problems there. The seller just wasn't very communicative at all. When I was able to get in contact with them, they were friendly enough, but given that they missed the notification that I had purchased the item (I had to contact them in order to get an invoice so I could send payment after about a week had gone by), and the fact that there was more of a delay in shipping than anticipated, with no communication from their end, I was apprehensive throughout the sales process. Overall, everything was completely fine, and they apologized for the delay, but I prefer it if lines of communication are kept open.

I received a lovely brooch from this seller in a very timely manner. The cost of the item and shipping were very fair, my only complaint is that the pin fastener fell off immediately when I tried to pin it on my dress. This was easily repaired with some hot glue and no damage to the brooch itself, it was wonderfully made outside of this minor default. Thank you!

Seller did list in their profile that it would take 3 weeks to ship but it was actually 6. This was within the US so shipping has been pretty consistent even through the pandemic. I tried to message and email the seller about the delay but I did not get a response.
