Seller did not inspect item before listing, so was using outdated photos and information. After payment, as the seller was getting ready to pack the boots, they noticed that there were significant damages (the pleather had cracked at the heels and one of the knees) and informed me immediately. Seller has been most communicative, but this is also a conversation I never should have had to be part of. She has promptly refunded my money, but I'm very sad to not be receiving these boots. :(
