Sale was incredibly difficult, I debated for a long time whether or not I should leave negative or neutral feedback, but decided on neutral since the buyer did pay for the item. To begin with, I am very clear in that I need buyers to message me FIRST before buying if they want a payment plan or are international. This buyer not only bought it without contacting me, but they were both international and wanted a payment plan. I agreed to it, but the buyer also delayed on payment quite a bit, saying it was an issue with PayPal. I am more than understanding when it comes to these things, but the buyer lacked communicating this to me. Finally I had shipped the item, added tracking to PayPal, and the buyer messaged me asking when I would ship it, two weeks later. I’ll admit I should have messaged them the tracking number, but by that point I was quite busy. Overall they were polite enough, but the lack of respect for the seller/boundaries is very frustrating and makes me not want to sell to international buyers moving forward. [MOD edit: feedback changed to negative, buyer opened PayPal claim after transaction due to bad feedback, PayPal sided with seller]
