Product: 10/10 - Beautiful; well maintained. I went into this transaction knowing that there was a chance of a slight smoke smell. Blouse does have a slight smoke smell, but more so like a sweet chicory than a cigar/cigarette smoke smell-which I don't mind! Reminds me of a childhood home I grew up in; nice nostalgia with this blouse already. Exactly like pictures.
Packaging: 10/10 - Blouse came in a thick brown paper package. Inside the package, blouse was perfectly folded and secured in a resealable plastic bag ( very cute stickers btw! I loved that touch.) Very well packaged and secured.
Communication: 10/10 - Very clear, efficient, kind and professional
Overall Experience: 10/10 - I would highly recommend this seller, and look forward to doing repeat business with them again!
