The communication fast fast and very friendly. The item arrived safely at my place and it didn't take long. The postage charge was a bit more expensive than we both thought before but in the end I was just glad that it arrived so vastly at my place. Overall positive and I'd definitely buy from her again. Seller was very attentive and helpful when the package took longer than expected to arrive. It did arrive with no problems, and the dress and bow are as pictured. However, there are several very small spots of dirt in several places on the dress, and a yellow stain on the lace of the headbow. These are all very small and unobtrusive, but I wasn't expecting to find this with a set described as being in "beautiful condition".
