Not a great seller, the only good thing was that the item was the same as the picture. I had to reach out to them a few days after the listing expired and I won the bid, they sent the invoice at that point and I paid immediately and they said they would give me the tracking number when they send out the package. More than a week goes by after my money is taken and I still didn't have a tracking number, so when I reached out again they told me shipping the bag out was on hold because of a holiday. I'm fine waiting but I'd like to know next time that there was a delay, they claim they told me but they didn't. It finally went out and took about 3 weeks to get to me. Again I'm not irritated about waiting (though it didn't help) I'm more frustrated by the poor communication on top of how long I had to wait for this bag. I did get my item, it was as described, so in that regard the seller is fine, but for me personally it wasn't worth the trouble and I'll be avoiding this seller in the future :/ [MOD edit: feedback changed to neutral, shipping delayed by holiday]
